DGL designs was absolutely fabulous. They listened to us and adhered
to our wishes but were creative and original. Unless you know
exactly what you want, I would recommend giving them as much
creative license as possible because your arrangements will be more
spectacular than you could ever imagine. Ours were better than we
could have ever dreamed of and were the talk of the wedding and
afterward. Couldn't have asked for better.

DGL designs recently handled all the floral arrangements for my
daughter's wedding and they were awesome. Chris and David went above
and beyond our expectations and dressed the wedding and the bride
with the most beautiful bouquets, arrangements at both the church and
the reception, and table decorations we have ever seen. It was
spectacular and so tastefully done that we were truly stunned by the
beauty of everything they touched. And from the very beginning they
were wonderful to work with. They listened to the bride's wishes and
helped guide her through the selection process so that she could live
within her budget. They were very professional, everything was set up
on schedule, and they assured us that they had a backup plan in the
event of an emergency. Their work was truly magnificent and I highly
recommend their services. I cannot image using anyone else. They were
truly the best!

I am giving D G L designs Event Flowers because...
I met DGL Designs at a wedding convention at the Gwinnett Civic
Center. I had tons of ideas, and DGL helped to narrow and refine my
choices. They were very knowledgable and upfront about the costs of
each flower and their seasonality. The contract was very clear, so I
knew exactly what each piece cost. They were thorough, and made sure
that every detail was covered. I loved that! On the wedding day, the
first thing I saw were David and Chris busily working in the
sanctuary. I almost started crying, because the flowers were even
more beautiful than I could have imagined. My breath was taken away.
I have never seen anything so stunning in my life, and it was my
wedding day! How lucky was I?! My bouquet was HUGE and gorgeous. The
attention to detail was incredible. I felt secure, and that DGL was
one of the best decisions I made. All my favorite flowers were in
attendance!

DGL designs did a fabulous job on the flowers for my wedding. They were familiar
with the church and the reception location so I let them guide me as to what would
best enhance both of those settings and fit with what I was looking for. They were
also terrific at recommending flowers that were in season and would look
spectacular for the time of year. I recommend describing the feeling or tone for
the event and then let them do their magic. I am still touched by their
interpretation of the look and feel I described in our first meting.

David and Chris at DGL are amazing! During my first consultation I was stunned!
I had met with other florist and was done with the consult in 30-45 minutes. I was
at DGL for 2 hours. As I sat there and listened to their ideas I was speechless.
During our second meeting my husband came...he was even stunned. He could
not stop talking about the vision he had. Any question that I had I would just
email or call. I felt totally relaxed talking to them about small details. Then came
the wedding day. I snuck a peek before the ceremony to look at the decor and
bursted into tears! It was the most exquisite site I have ever seen! My bouquet
was the so stunning no one could stop staring at it. Every last detail was taken
care of by there own hands. I could not have asked or dreamed about a more
beautiful wedding. I had a perfect (and I mean perfect) wedding thanks to DGL
Designs! I highly recommend them for any occasion.

I am giving D G L designs Event Flowers because...
DGL Designs helped make my daughter's wedding a success. From the first
meeting, David's creativity was impressive; and not just with floral suggestions.
He also suggested use of the bridesmaid's flowers as center pieces for some of
the tables for the reception, which was not only beautiful, but saved some of our
budget as well!
However, the best thing about having David and Chris as our floral designer was
the personal attention we received; changes leading right up to the day of the
wedding were handled with no hassels (David had to make last minute changes
due to weather).
I know that DGL is one of the top floral specialists in the Atlanta market and that
they are capable and trusted to handle very large affairs costing tens of
thoudands of dollars. However, from the personal treatment we received, one
would have thought we were paying multiples of our budget.

We were truly impressed from the first meeting with DGL Designs. They had a
vision what the Evergreen Pavilion should look like from our first meeting and
when they were finished it truly looked exactly like their sketch. They created "an
atmosphere of a botanical garden". We are so glad that we found them at the
Atlanta Bridal Fair and called them. David and Chris are a joy to work with and
we couldn't have been more pleased with everything that they did.

What can I say, David was great! He provided me exactly what I wanted and
even managed to improve on the pictures of what I wanted. He added valuable
advise and input. David is amazingly educated on flowers and even knew of my
reception site from his many experiences in floral design. On meeting him, I was
comfortable instantly with his professionalism and didn't worry the entire 10
months until my actual wedding date. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to

perfect wedding! I went in to David with ideas of colors and flowers I like and let
him do the rest. It was a suprise to open up the boxes and see prettiest bouquets
I have ever seen! The colors were amazing, the flowers were healthy and
beautiful and the design was unbelievable. If I had to do it all over again, i would
100% use David with DGL designs! What an amazing day! :o)

We were absolutely overwhemed and amazed by the artistry of DGL Designs. After
seeing photos of their (very reasonably priced) work, we expected extraordinary
floral arrangements, but what they did exceeded our wildest imagination. Every
single guest exclaimed about the beauty and singularity of their remarkable
designs--and most people are still exclaiming about them two weeks later!!!
The pew baskets, the door decorations, and the "submerged" centerpieces were
sublime! And the gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres and corsages were a sight to
behold! When I saw the beautiful creation that was my bouquet I had a hard time
holding back tears. As for the stunning floral arrangement on the altar, its
uniqueness and incomparable beauty took our breath away. We could never thank
DGL adequately for all they did! We feel so very fortunate to have been the
lucky beneficiaries of their artistic genius, and we would recommend them to
others in the highest possible terms.

Planning a wedding is never easy and there are so many small, but important details to think about. The flowers being one of those important details. Personally, I don't know anything about flowers. I had a beautiful picture in my head of what I wanted but didn't know how to explain it to anyone. Upon my first phone conversation with David I knew he was the florist for me. He was able to create the image that I had in my head to paper, and then most importantly to arrangements. As I arrived to the church on my wedding day the beautiful arrangements were waiting for me. They were breath-taking. The flowers were so full of color and so fresh looking. They were definitely something to talk about. Even the cantor (singer) at the church raved about the arrangements and bouquets. Besides the flowers being simply amazing, David and Chris were wonderful to work with. They get a Five Star rating from my family and I.

DGL Designs is a MUST!! My wedding was absolutely gorgeous because of them. David is a pleasure to work with and was from the beginning. As a bride, you want to be informed but also not have all of the decisions and work on your shoulders. David educated me regarding different flowers and was also able to show me so many pictures of his work and suggest what he thought would work with my reception and wedding. It really worked to my advantage to choose some things and let David get creative with the rest. He has done so many events in the Atlanta area and has a lot of knowledge regarding all of the venues. Every bride should be so lucky as to have DGL do their wedding!!

David was wonderful! My fiance and I were frustrated by visits or phone conversation with five Atlanta-area florists who insisted they could meet our needs within our budget, then made us wait two weeks before giving us a bid, and submitted a bid nearly twice as much as our maximum budget. We were thrilled with David, who sat down with me and asked questions about the type of wedding we were planning, my likes and dislikes in terms of flowers and colors, and then showed me pictures of the flowers he was recommending. David was careful to work within our budget and gave me a very reasonable bid as I sat there with him. David was extremely flexible, making adjustments for extra ushers and agreeing to set everything up a full hour before we originally anticipated in order to accomodate the photographer. Most importantly, the flowers were absolutely beautiful. From my bouquet, to the bridal party flowers, to the centerpieces, everything was extremely elegant and exactly what we asked for. Keep in mind, DGL is NOT cheap; but if you're looking for beautiful arrangements at a very reasonable price, with a company that is extremely easy to work with, DGL is the best in Atlanta!

I just loved working with David and Chris. I met with David and I thought that I would let him give me some ideas while keeping in mind what I wanted to do. That is exactly what happened. He listened to what I wanted for my fall wedding, came up with some unique and beautiful flowers and design ideas that fit the bill and he competitively priced his products and services. It is rare in talking with someone who you are looking to hire and know without a doubt in the first few minutes of meeting them that they will do a superb job because they love what they do and it means that much to them. I had that feeling when I spoke with David. He offered ideas and applied them to the simplicity I wanted in the presentation of floral design in my wedding.
They are perfectionists with great attention to detail and great artists. I am glad I chose them to be a part of my wedding.

David at DGL Designs was wonderful to work with! He was very professional and at the first meeting was able to give me a very close estimate of the type and number of each flower he would be using. He also had wonderful ideas for things that I could do to save money. Best of all, however was the absolute breath-takingly beautiful arrangements he made for the wrought iron Chuppa and the brides and bridesmaid bouquets! Anthony's said that the Chuppa was the prettiest they had ever seen! He even added extra touches that I did not expect, including bringing the arrangements and hurricane candles indoors to be used on the reception tables. I would highly recommend DGL Designs!!

He is especially gifted at helping craft a look and style that suits your personality when you're not exactly sure what you're looking for. He was very patient and a good listener and helped us have an elegant downtown "loft-space" type of wedding that many of our guests complimented us on. David even asked if he could use a special flower from his own garden that he thought would complement my bridal bouquet. It did, and the bouquet and all other florals were exactly what we imagined, even though we couldn't draw him a specific picture. I would recommend DGL without hesitation.

When I contacted David Lowe at DGL Designs, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for my wedding flowers. David worked within my budget and offered lots of suggestions for me. He promptly provided a quote and after payment, a receipt confirming our order. On the day of my wedding, he personally delivered the flowers and I was completely amazed at how beautiful everything was. David added lots of detail to the arrangements and I received compliments on the flowers all day. David also gave me a card that morning with a photograph of my bouquet and a personal note wishing us well. I appreciate the personal touch and the beautiful flowers that David provided at such a good price, and would recommend him to anyone looking for lovely floral arrangements.
