US 129/441, Macon
Take US 129/441 or GA 15 North into Watkinsville. In Watkinsville, Highway 15 and U.S. 129 join. Go North into Athens.

TRAVELING SOUTH

US 441, Commerce
From Commerce, take U.S. 441 South for approximately 20 miles.

US 129, Jefferson
Travel south on Highway 129 to Athens. Upon reaching the outskirts of Athens, remain on Highway 129, crossing the bridge which passes over the Athens Perimeter/Loop 10.

GA 106
Take GA 106 South to Athens. GA 106 joins Loop 10 (Athens Perimeter).

US 29, Danielsville
Take US 29 South to Athens. US 29 joins Loop 10 (Athens Perimeter).

TRAVELING EAST

US 78, Athens
Travel east on U.S. 78 to Athens. Exit right onto GA 316 at the stoplight (there will be a sign for South Athens) and proceed on GA 316 to the Athens Perimeter. Bear right onto the Athens Perimeter (GA Loop 10).

GA 316, Athens
Proceed on GA 316 East for approximately 40 miles. Take a right onto the Athens Perimeter (GA Loop 10) traveling east. Make sure not to exit onto the first exit for Athens at US 78 from Monroe, but continue until you see signs for the Athens Perimeter (GA Loop 10). (For reference purposes, there is a sign for the University of Georgia/Athens By-Pass at the junction of GA 316 and the Athens Perimeter).

US 78
Take U.S. 78 West to Athens.

Travel on I-85 North to GA 316 (exit #106). Follow 316 East.

I-85 South
Travel on I-85 South to the Commerce, Georgia, exit (exit #149). Follow 441 South.

I-20 West
Travel West on I-20 to Exit 172. Follow 78 West.

Ben Epps Airport, Athens
Ben Epps Airport in Athens offers connecting flights via U.S. Air to and from Charlotte, N.C. Upon leaving the airport, follow Ben Epps Drive. Turn left onto Winterville Road. Winterville Road ends at US 78. Turn right onto 78 West.

Hartsfield International Airport, Atlanta
Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta is located one-and-a-half hours from Athens. Upon leaving the airport, follow I-85 North. Travel on I-85 North to GA 316 (exit #106). Follow 316 East.

Transportation
