The following constitutes Giveaway Rules, both online and offline.

TERMS: The Che'ne Rouge Wedding Giveaway (the "Giveaway") entry period for the Prize commences at 9 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Monday June 15th, 2009 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Friday October 2nd, 2009 ("Giveaway Entry Period"). The Giveaway is sponsored by Che'ne Rouge Wedding Facility located in Hiram, Georgia 30141 Wedding Date of August 21, 2010, Saturday Evening 5:00-10:00 pm.

DRAWING to be held at the Che'ne Rouge Gown Gala Fashion Show on Sunday, October 4, 2009 from 1-4pm. Must be present to WIN! Please view Che'ne Rouge website at www.chene-rouge.com for details.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States , and the District of Columbia , 18 years or older as of date of entry, and are planning a wedding to occur on August 21, 2010, Saturday evening from 5:00 pm to 10:00. To be eligible to participate, you must have submitted at least one completed entry form during the Giveaway period.

Employees of the Sponsor, any member companies and advertising agencies participating in the Giveaway and employees of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, any persons involved in the creation, development, or implementation of this Giveaway, and any other persons or entities directly associated with this Giveaway and any members of their immediate families or households ("Giveaway Parties") are ineligible to participate. Entries for the Giveaway drawing must be received prior to the expiration of the Giveaway Entry Period. This Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By submitting an entry form, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern giveaway.

PRIZE/VALUE:

The Che'ne Rouge Platinum Wedding Giveaway Grand Prize consists of the use of wedding facility from 5:00-10:00 pm.Other prizes could include: Vendors included in this wedding giveaway will be added periodically throughout the year. Please view the website: www.chene-rouge.com for additions and updates.

The Prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration. The Grand Prize wedding redemption shall take place on August 21st of 2010 in the evening. The prize winner can upgrade the wedding package at his/her own expense. All other costs associated with accepting, redeeming, and using prize is the responsibility of the winner, including any state and local government surcharges, and all taxes (sales, income, value-added, and other), gratuities, incidental expenses, licenses, registrations, telephone calls, fees or charges for changing dates, applicable liability insurance, applicable alcohol insurance and other costs and expenses are not included.

HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter the Giveaway by accessing the entry screen at http://www.AtlantaBridal.com and fully completing the on-screen entry form along with your completed answers. Your full name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, date of birth and answers to the provided questionnaire are required for entry. Limit one entry per person/email address. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online carrier apply. An entry that does not contain responses to the applicable survey questions will be deemed void and of no effect. An entry made via the Internet will be deemed to have been made by the "authorized account holder" of the email address utilized at the time the entry is made. For purposes herein, the "authorized account holder" refers to the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. If an entrant is determined to have sent more than one entry form and questionnaire, that entrant will be disqualified. Alternatively, you may enter the Giveaway by hand printing your full name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, date of birth and the name of the Giveaway. No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries permitted. No responsibility assumed for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail/entries. All entries and questionnaire will become the property of Che'ne Rouge and AtlantaBridal.com and will not be returned. The AtlantaBridal.com and Che'ne Rouge are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind.

CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of a giveaway may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Che'ne Rouge and AtlantaBridal.com reserves the right to seek damages from and/or to prosecute any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any such tampering also will result in ineligibility to win the Prize in the Giveaway.

CONDITIONS: The Giveaway Parties are in no way liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries, or acceptance and use of the Prize. The winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Giveaway or the use or misuse of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway and award the Prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. The prize is not transferable or assignable. The cash equivalent of the Prize will not be substituted. A redemption date will be determined by both Che'ne Rouge and AtlantaBridal.com and the prize winner. Sponsor may substitute any prize of equal value for any reason at its sole discretion. The prize winner is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the payment of all applicable taxes. By accepting Prize, the winner grants Che'ne Rouge Wedding Facility and AtlantaBridal.com permission to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). By entering the Giveaway, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to have their entry information made available to the Sponsor. The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules. By entering the Giveaway, entrants and the winner agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity, inequity or error in the Official Rules of the Giveaway, and/or of the Giveaway itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Giveaway judges, which in all respects shall be final and binding.
