Incorporated in 1999, Baker's Man Inc. was a dream of Pastry Chef and owner Mark Brickman. Atlanta was starving for quality wedding cakes and pastries at a fair price.

Chef Brickman has worked over 24 years in the field of pastry arts. Graduating with top honors with a degree in Pastry Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University. He has worked in such tonier hotels as The Peabody, Memphis, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in St. Louis and Atlanta (Buckhead), along with The Grand Hyatt Atlanta.

Baker's Man has won the prestigious Allie Award for best cake presentation in 2003, 2006, and 2007. In 2004 Baker's Man Inc. won Best cake baker in Atlanta by The Georgia Association of Bridal Consultants.

Baker's Man is fully committed to creating only superior quality desserts and cakes shown through our selection of ingredients. Chef Brickman works individually with each client to create the perfect design and flavor combination for their special day.
