Our In House Caterer - Parsley's Catering is a family run business serving the Atlanta area since 1984. We are committed to purchasing food and products from Local and Organic farmers and artisan producers to create seasonal dishes that highlight our "fresh, creative cuisine". Parsley's Catering is the first catering company certified by the Georgia Restaurant Associations "Shades of Green Program".

The Gardens at Kennesaw Mountain is taking steps to ensure our impact on the environment is limited. Our venue was one of the first "green" facility in the Atlanta area and We were recognized by WSBtv as a "going green champion of the week".
