About Us

A recently renovated farmhouse, Waters Mill is a full service event facility nestled deep in the North Georgia Mountains. The house is part of the Waters estate and has remained in the family since the 1700’s. Waters Mill was designed with weddings in mind. No detail of the house has been left to chance. The beautifully decorated bridal suite is available exclusively for the bride and her attendants on her wedding day. Waters Mill has four outdoor ceremony sites from which to choose. In the front of the house, century old oak trees create a natural shade canopy for wedding guests. The bride can watch her guests arrive from the private bridal suite before making a grand entrance onto the expansive rocking chair front porch. This ceremony site overlooks a quiet pasture. In case of inclement weather, a covered walkway can be attached to a tented ceremony site keeping you and your guests dry at all times. Rain or shine you will have a beautiful wedding at Waters Mill. We would like to share with you the serenity and beauty this house offers. We invite you to relax on the porch, look out over the pasture, and enjoy the quiet serenity of the North Georgia Mountains.
