Mark Brickman was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took a lot of time with my then fiancee and I to talk about his work, taste several samples and was very helpful with guiding us to choose the right cake for our event. He even re-arranged his schedule so that he could meet with us in the evening. We were extremely impressed with his credentials and experience. He even set up and tore down the display himself. The lines of communication were perfect throught the process also. The cake turned out more beautiful than I imagined and it tasted even better! Our guests all raved about it at the wedding and I still have people telling me how great it was! I have recommended him to a few people already, and will continue to do so! Thanks Mark, for everything. Youre the BEST!!!
