The customer service at the Baker's Man doesn't end on your wedding day. Mark did our cake back in 2007 and it was wonderful. I decided to surprise my husband with our cake topper for our 4th Anniversary. I called the Tuesday before our Anniversary and thought I was too late to have it in time. Mark called me back on Wednesday and had found our file and said it would be no problem to have it ready by Saturday! Four years later and he's still there to serve. The replica was exactly how we remembered it and was absolutely delicious.
