Mark Brickman did such a wonderful job for us! The cake was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I saw it immediately as I walked into the reception, it was stunning. And of course it was delicious, that is one of the main reasons we booked Mark. (We decided not to save the top of our cake, we ate it already - it was too good to let it get freezer burn!) We had different flavors and fillings on each layer so guests could have several choices, and because we could not choose just one. Another reason we booked Mark for our big day was his professionalism. He returned our calls and e-mails promplty, listened to us and documented everything we wanted. What we asked for and envisioned was exatcly what we received, plus some. A+
