The Lake House at Avondale Estates is a historic lakeside event venue just east of Atlanta and minutes from downtown Decatur. The house accommodates up to 125 seated guests or 150 guests for a buffet-style or standing event and features a main room with a wooden dance floor, an outdoor patio that can accommodate a tent, and a covered porch overlooking the lake. A nearby lakeside gazebo is also available for separate rental through the City of Avondale Estates.
