We are a trio of two violins and cello with optional oboe for a unique addition of wind instrument, performing at ceremonies and UGA department graduations and other events on campus (Day Chapel, UGA Chapel, Founders' Club Garden), ceremonies in Athens, Madison, Lake Oconee. We recently participated in the LiveWire Wedding Event in downtown Athens.
Our trio has special familiarity with venues at UGA and recently expanded our repertoire of musical selections to include popular songs meaningful to couples; from A Thousand Years to a special arrangement of Theme from The Office for a couple requesting that specific piece, we work with you to find the perfect balance of classical and other selections for your ceremony.
Customer Testimonials
From recent bride Nancy Perzel: "Thank you for the beautiful music your trio played for our wedding at the UGA Chapel. I just watched a recording of our wedding and you did an amazing job! I always feel music makes the ceremony and selections you played fit our ceremony perfectly. Thank you for your time and patience throughout the planning process, I couldn't be happier with our selections and how beautiful it all turned out." -Nancy Schlemmer Perzel I wanted to thank you all so much for the beautiful music at Laura and Drew's wedding on May 19th. I am sorry that the venue was so difficult because of the rain, but everyone has said how pretty it sounded. I so appreciate how adaptable you all were. Laura was saying this week it sounded just like she had pictured it in her mind so I know that made it just perfect. Thank you again.-Debby Arnold, Watkinsville, Georgia
Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with this trio of exceptional musicians. My success depends on my ability to trust the vendors I work with. The Taylor-Rich Trio is my choice. They are prompt, professional, and have been my lifesaver with their versatility of their gift to play mainstream music. The best one yet, they played Glory, Glory to Old Georgia for one of my brides as a surprise for her husband as they walked up the aisle. I was amazed.-Natalie Thomas, owner of NThomas Designs-Event Specialists
As a wedding coordinator in the Southeast, I only recommend vendors who give 150% and The Taylor-Rich Trio does just that. They are professional, flexible, and go above & beyond to make sure the music flows perfectly!-Donna Pahl, Wedding Coordinator, Carefree Celebrations
