Carl House provided off-site catering for my wedding for 130 guests on October 4th.  From the very beginning of my experience with them, they were the perfect mix of professionalism and kindness.  BB and Kimberly couldn't have been more helpful and made the entire process as painless as possible.  We received a number of comments on the fine quality of the food and the willingness of the staff to make everything "just right".  Thank you for a job well done!
