Let me just say my experience with Carl House from start to finish was just AMAZING. I love how the Carl House does the Carl House Experience (CHE) for we could try different foods on the menu and meet a variety of wonderful vendors. During the CHE process my husband and I selected our menu and we got amazing review from all of our guest. A lot people found out they actually like Brussel sprouts. Here it is 2 months from the day of my wedding I am still craving the delicious food which says a lot about. Also, from the CHE, I was able to choose a make up artist, DJ, Car rental company, wedding cake person and lastly my flowers where amazingly arranged by the in-house florist. The one thing I love about the Carl House is that you get a lot for your money and you will not be disappointed. My day of coordinator Nicole was a God sent. Even through all the crazy and my indecisive self, she always provided me with truth on what works best for their venue, she also had everyone a schedule that flowed very well. Nicole made sure my husband and I were able to eat and were not disturbed for we can enjoy our first meal together, she also made sure I did not ruin my dress with food and provided me a long napkin to keep my dress clean. The in-house Florist Lindy was amazing. The talent she has is beyond measure. She will give you options for your budget and help you picture what you want then create it and exceed all my expectations. I have never seen such beautiful flower arrangements in my life. Overall between the access to great vendors, amazing food, excellent organization with the wedding process, and the amazing florist you can never go wrong with this venue. The bar was also amazing the champagne is amazing. Again Thank you Carl House ( Nicole, David, Kathy and the whole Carl House family)

I am so happy we decided to have our wedding here at Carl House. They made everything so much easier and I could not recommend them more to busy couples. We used the in house florist, Lindy, and she blew our expectations out of the water with her beautiful floral designs. Nicole, our wedding coordinator was fantastic from day one. She asked us all the right questions, was on top of literally EVERYTHING, and was so supportive of us on our big day! Without her, we would not have been able to make it through some of the hiccups we experienced as a result of situations outside Carl House’s control. We really cannot recommend Carl House enough. Thank you for a beautiful wedding day!

We got married here in January 22, 2022 and everything was just perfect. Nicole our Wedding Planner went above and beyond, to make our wedding the phenomenal success that it was. Lindy our florist was so accommodating and Patient while working within our budget to make the venue beautiful. Kathy who dealt with the Financials, went out of her way to work with us and ensured that we got the venue for our wonderful day. Finally I'd like to extend a big thank you to the catering staff and chef who managed our various dieting request, to allow us to experience the royal treatment in our view, that was received by us. My wife and all our guests had a lovely time. Luv u guys. Jonathan and ILeta King !

My husband and I got married September 2019 and words cannot describe how amazing the Carl House was. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but everything ran SO smoothly thanks to the owner and staff of the venue. The wedding coordinator, Nicole, was so accommodating with all of our wishes. The staff was incredible, making sure we had appetizers and drinks all during the cocktail hour while we were taking pictures. We felt like royalty, as did our guests and bridal party. The staff was so helpful with my family at the end of the night and packed their car with all of the decorations and flowers. And Lindy, the Carl House florist, was AMAZING!! Oh my goodness, I was speechless with her work and it was worth every penny. The venue exceeded our expectations beyond belief. We could not have imagined a more beautiful wedding! Thank you so much Carl House for the best day of our lives.

I can’t begin to say enough good things about the Carl House. It was the perfect wedding venue for our wedding. The house is beautiful, but the grounds are exquisite. If you drive by, you may think the location detracts from the venue; however, once you drive through the gates, you’re transported. The grounds are intimate, quiet and much more expansive than you would think just from viewing the house from the road. The entire property makes for gorgeous pictures from every angle.
But Carl House is more than just a pretty location. It’s a business that is ready to make your wedding perfect. The event team is absolutely incredible. You get a dedicated wedding director, who will walk you through every fine detail of your day. I also recommend using their onsite florist, Lindy — her ideas and creations will stun you. Then they have an incredibly service-oriented wait staff that will make a delicious meal to impress your guests. No one will leave hungry, that’s for certain.
So with all of this talent, you’d expect to deal with some attitude, right? Not here. I’m actually sad the wedding planning is over because I’ll miss everyone we interacted with. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, to the point it felt like I was planning my wedding with my best friends. At every turn, they wanted to make sure we were happy with how things were shaping up and would bend over backwards to make it work. And that’s with them running several events each week! I just can’t get over how well they treated us, which is why I recommend this venue over others.
I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention that my wedding was a same-sex wedding. Honestly, we were a little nervous about getting married in a small town and that the staff might be a little cold. As I have hopefully conveyed, none of that was the case. They were thrilled to plan our wedding and at no point did we feel uncomfortable.
Carl House also works with many vendors, like photographers and DJs, that they can connect you with if you need. We needed to find a DJ last minute, and our wedding director, Nicole, connected us with a DJ service that really made our event come to life.
On the day of the wedding, they have timing down to a science. While Nicole was our wedding director through the planning process (and she’s amazing), she actually had a wedding to attend the day-of ours, so she wasn’t present. Indira was our back-up wedding planner. We literally met her the night before at our rehearsal, and as expected in the same vein as everything else, she was like a longtime friend helping us put on the finishing touches. She knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted the day to go. On the day-of, she kept everything on time with perfect direction but at all times making sure we were ready to proceed — it was our day from the first moment. She was integral in making sure it worked perfectly.
I know there are great venues everywhere. But the value for the price we paid, the service we received, and the perfect wedding we had, I have to attribute most of that to the Carl House. I honestly couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else, and I highly recommend it to you for your special day.

The Carl House was beyond amazing and gave me and my husband the perfect wedding. We worked with both Nicole and Indira and they were both very easy to work with and made the entire process leading up to the big day as well as the day very stress-free. The staff was wonderful and helped everything go smoothly. They provided my husband and I with everything we needed, including water and hors d'oeuvres during pictures! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, which made everything even more special. We worked with Lindy for our flowers and decor, and she was wonderful! Everything looked so beautiful, from the aisle decorations to bouquets. Everything was perfect and gave us the perfect day to always look back on. We could not have asked for anything more perfect!

The Carl House was amazing beyond words. I could not have dreamed of a better day. Nicole and Indira were both spectacular and just made it easy and stress free. The flowers Lindy put together were beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful, the venue beautiful, and we could not have asked for anything more. I cannot express how completely perfect they made our wedding!

Overview: Carl House is a full service, beautiful venue inside & out. They provide bar service, food/catering, waiters, and a coordinator in their package. They also have a florist (Lindy) that you can hire. They also have a list of suggested vendors for all your other needs.
Coordinator: We worked with Nicole and loved her! She is very experienced, will work with you to make sure your big day is how you imagined, and makes sure you have plenty of food! Most importantly it felt like she was on our side. In the months before the wedding, her organization and communication made you feel like she had everything under control. Day of, she was actively managing vendors, setup, and timelines, so we could focus on enjoying the big day!
Food/Drink: We went with the beef and chicken, roasted potatoes, and veggies for our menu. The food was delicious and they were willing to work with us to accommodate the gluten & dairy allergies we have in our families. We were very pleased with our dinner.
Florist: Lindy is their florist and was well worth hiring! I couldn’t believe how beautiful my bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, boutonnieres, and table centerpieces turned out. She over-delivered in comparison to what I thought the flowers would look like.
Venue/Grounds: BEAUTIFUL! Old historic home that is gorgeous! The grounds have grassy areas, flowers, trees, gazebo, and more.
Coordinator: We worked with Nicole and loved her! She is very experienced, will work with you to make sure your big day is how you imagined, and makes sure you have plenty of food! The Carl House is the perfect venue. From the moment we step inside to tour till the very last minute of our wedding reception we were treated like family. They went above and Beyond to make my wedding a unforgettable experience. Nicole is an amazing asset to this venue. She is attentive and knowledgeable. She was there the whole night and made my wedding seamless and easy. I cannot express my thanks to her, enough! Lindy the florist and her team took my ideas and made them a reality. It’s like she read my mind and gave me things I never knew I wanted. They are so very talented and I couldn’t have asked for better if I tried. They staff are so professional and efficient. The food is to die for! You cannot go wrong in booking this venue!! I almost wish I had another wedding to plan so I could use them again. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone who will listen!

When we booked our wedding at Carl House, we had 17 months to wait.
Carl House was the only venue we visited. The beauty of Carl House
captivated us immediately. Not enough words to describe the beauty of
the house. The staff was amazing. From Debbie with the tour and
booking process. All of our questions were answered immediately. She
was so easy to work with. Nicole, the wedding planner, was fantastic.
She took care of everything. I had no idea where to begin to start
with planning a wedding. Nicole and her team took care of everything.
Anytime I emailed Nicole, she responded immediately. She took care of
all my needs and requests. She made the process so painless and
enjoyable. Lindy from floral took my breath away with my bouquet. It
was the most beautiful bouquet ever. She way exceeded all of my
expectations. All of the decorations were breathtaking. The food, most
important, was delicious. Everything from the appetizers, sides, and
main dishes- I highly recommend the pecan crusted chicken and gouda
mac!!! Indera the day of was amazing. She made sure all of mine and
Nick's needs were met. Carl House staff and team were so amazing. All
of our requests were met immediately, no questions asked. Sherrie, the
bridal party host, really made our night. She made sure us and all of
our wedding party did not go hungry or thirsty. Overall, Carl House
went above and beyond and exceeded every aspect of our wedding night.
We had such a magical night and loved every second. We are so thankful
for every person who made our night so magical.

There are not enough words to express how amazing it was to have
chosen Carl House as my wedding venue. This was the first and only
venue I toured. I knew from the moment I pulled up that I had to have
this venue!! Everything was absolutely perfect and the whole Carl
house staffed made sure of it. Having the food, alcohol, decorations,
etc included made everything from planning to the day of totally
stress free. Not to mention how many people have told me how AMAZING
the food tasted! Lindy did an amazing job with my flowers and was a
joy to work with. Nicole (coordinator) was my life savor as well. She
was constantly on top of it and made me feel confident and comfortable
throughout the day. She was quick to respond to all of our emails
prior to the wedding and accommodated our needs and wishes perfectly.
If I could do anything different, I wouldn't change a thing!!

My husband and I got married the first of September this year and thanks to
the staff at Carl House, our wedding was absolutely beautiful; everything ran
smoothly. I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Not only is the venue
beautiful in and of itself (which was a blessing, because we didn't have to
spend too much money on decor), but the food and service were fantastic as
well! When we think about our experience at the Carl House, one individual
especially comes to mind, and that is the coordinator, Nicole. We loved
working with Nicole, who was so kind and very accommodating to all of our
needs and last minute requests. She totally ran the show on our wedding day,
and that gave us a level of comfort and ease so we didn't have to think about
"what's next" and who needs to be where, when. Having her there and the
Carl House staff handy, really and truly was a blessing.

I don't even know where to begin!! Carl House was even more amazing than I
had ever hoped for!! The house and grounds are beautiful and were the
perfect setting for our special day! The fact that floral, decor and food are done
in house eliminated so much stress. And all three were done amazingly! They
put so much thought and time and attention into everything they do that I got
to relax with the knowledge that it was handled. Love Carl House!! All that
being said, I couldn't have made it through without Atlanta's best wedding
coordinator by my side... Nicole is the most perfect and wonderful person. She
is amazing!! Enough so that i would get divorced and do it all over again just to
have her!! Lol j/k. My new husband and I love Carl House and all it's
employee's. Hands down... if you are getting married, go to Carl House you
will not be disappointed!

Nicole (Coordinator) and all of the Carl House staff were wonderful! All of our
expectations were more than met. The night went so smoothly and the food
was wonderful!
Our guests (~80) were blown away by the venue. The venue is beautiful and
unique!
Nicole responded promptly with any questions we had during planning and
assisted so much with choosing a DJ and photographer since we planned our
wedding in about 100 days. DJ Louie Productions did a fabulous job with the
music and MC'ing and coordinated the photographer as well!
The gardens and grounds provided a beautiful backdrop for our outside
ceremony and photos.
The Carl House Florist, Lindy, did an unbelievable job with the flowers and
was VERY reasonably priced. The staff always did all they could to
personalize anything we needed for our day.
I would highly recommend The Carl House. It truly is a wonderful experience.

My husband and I were married at the Carl House mid-April, and we could not
have asked for a more perfect wedding! The in-house florist, Lindy, created
floral arrangements that were even more beautiful than the pictures I showed
her, and the house was decorated in a way that completely surpassed my
expectations! Our food for the evening was delicious - apple cider pork loin,
squash casserole, and sweet potato souffle. We worked with our wedding
coordinator, Nicole, from the time we booked the Carl House up until our
wedding day to make sure we were able to have our dream wedding. She
worked constantly to make sure our entire evening went smoothly and was as
stress-free as possible, and it absolutely was! We were told numerous times
throughout the night that we "really raised the bar for weddings" and that it was
"the best wedding they've ever been to," so if you're looking for a venue for
your big day there is not a better place than the Carl House!!

We can't say enough about the Carl House and how amazing our experience
was. From the moment we toured the venue to the time we left the venue after
our wedding day we have nothing but great things to say about our
experience. Nicole was so great and she keep me (the bride) calm when I was
having my moments. She assured me that everything was going to be great
and it was. Our wedding was originally planned to be an outdoor ceremony
and indoor reception. Due to consistent rain and stores the day of our wedding
the ceremony had to be moved inside. I was not happy about having it inside
at first but Nicole assured me that they would make it beautiful and it truly was.
She was so professional and is so great at her job. I would recommend the
Carl House to everyone looking for a great wedding venue. They really took
great care of our wedding party the day of the wedding. The entire staff was
very professional and it just made our wedding day 1000% times better than I
could have imagined.

The Carl House went above and beyond my expectations. From the first meeting I had
with them, I knew they were the best in the business. The entire staff from the owner
David, to Debbie, Nicole, and many more to name, everyone provided exceptional
service. Nicole assisted me in my every need leading up to the day of my wedding, and
then was by my side assisting me with every little detail on the day of. My wedding day,
was beyond perfect because of the Carl House. I look back on my wedding and think,
not a single thing could have been changed to make it a more perfect day. Not only did
I love everything about the Carl House, but the guests raved about the venue all night.
Compliments were flying about how gorgeous it was, how delicious the food was, and
how hospitable all of the staff was. The Carl House goes above and beyond in all
aspects it takes to have a perfect wedding!! I highly recommend the Carl House for any
wedding!

Our wedding at the Carl House was practically perfect in every way! It is an
absolutely beautiful house with gorgeous grounds. We held our ceremony
outside, and it ended up being the most beautiful day. There was a cherry tree
blooming in front of the house that looked so beautiful in all the pictures and
matched our color scheme perfectly! The food was so delicious, and they made
sure that we had time to sit down and eat everything we wanted to. They even
brought out the food to us during cocktail hour when we were taking pictures.
Nicole worked tirelessly leading up to the wedding and on the day of to make
sure everything went perfectly and to make sure we didn't have to worry about
anything. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue or an easier
planning process, I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely have nothing but glowing reviews for the Carl House!! The venue
itself is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. The staff are amazing, experienced,
warm, loving, responsive, and--did I say amazing yet? The Owner is kind and
approachable; the Wedding Director is PHENOMENAL; the Chef is flexible
and experienced; the staff is energetic and attentive; the Florist provided
stunning arrangements; the china and silverware and glasses and anything
related to food service were all beautiful. My reception could not have turned
out any better, and far exceeded anything I ever hoped for. Our reception had
the added stress of catering to two very different cultures, but it wasn't a
problem for the Carl House. They bent over backwards to cater to my family's
cultural needs and to seamlessly blend all of my unusual requests into a
beautiful, perfect experience. Nicole (Wedding Director) and her staff paid
attention to every detail, minor and major, and made it happen for us. If I had
to pick one word to describe Nicole, it would be DEDICATED. She is
dedicated to making your long-awaited day as beautiful, smooth, and stress-
free as possible. And did I mention that the Carl House is astonishingly,
breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL? Go and meet Nicole, take a tour, ask questions,
and I promise that your heart will be as taken as mine was and still is!

Carl House was the perfect venue for our wedding! From day one the staff made
everything so easy for us. They were extremely attentive and helpful throughout
the entire process. All of our needs were exceeded on the day of our wedding.
Lindy did an amazing job with the floral arrangements and decorations - it was
stunning. Nicole and the staff at Carl House made it their priority to make sure
that us and our guest were VERY well taken care of. Everything we asked for and
needed was done promptly and with great care. We were their number one
priority and it showed in everything they did. We cannot express how important it
was to have them and they truly made our wedding day the BEST day ever.

My only small suggestion would be to allow the bridal party to enter the bridal
sweet more than an hour and a half before the wedding because it takes a long
time to get ready. Everyone at Carl House were super professional starting with
the sweet receptionist that answers the phone. I live out of the country so my
main contact was email and everyone answered my millions of questions politely
and quickly. On my wedding day Nicole made sure that everything was handled
perfectly and that my wedding party and I were taken care of. Also, Linda worked
with my small budget and made my floral arrangements more beautiful than I had
imagined. It was a remarkable day and almost all my guests made comments
about how much they loved the venue.

I highly recommend choosing the Carl House for your wedding
venue. Not only is the property absolutely beautiful on it's own, but
the Carl House team is what make the Carl House worth every penny
(and we found affordable too). I fell in love with the property of the
Carl House in the beginning loving that you could have both
ceremony and reception in one place. What I later found out was that
the Carl House has their own wedding director, on site florist, and on
site catering. I cannot even begin to explain all that the wedding
director, Nicole Benson, did to make our wedding run smoothly. Not
only did we get to meet with her several times before the big day to
verify all details and schedule were exactly how we wanted them, but
the day of our wedding went flawlessly thanks to Nicole. I don't know
how she does it, but if you turned around in need, there was Nicole.
She was amazing! The Carl House also has their own on-site florist,
Lindy DeMarco. She met with us prior to the wedding and emailed
back and forth answering my questions and when wedding day
arrived, my flowers were EXACTLY the vision I had in my head.
Absolutely stunning! She did bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, a
large centerpiece for ceremony, and helped with all decor. We
arranged to have Lindy and her team set up all decor for the tables
and reception area and she delivered beautifully. The food was
wonderful. I had folks asking us who the catering company was so
they could use them for their events after the wedding! The Carl
House team thought of it all- down to serving cups of water at the
ceremony to our guests since it was hot while waiting. I am so
thankful we chose the Carl House for our fairy tale wedding and
would highly recommend them for your wedding! Thank you Carl
House for providing the wedding to remember and cherish for a
lifetime.

It couldn't have been a more perfect, beautiful day. The Carl House
went above and beyond my expectations with the incredible flower
arrangements by Lindy, the wonderful food for dinner, and a top-notch
wedding director, Nicole. I am thrilled I chose the Carl House for my
wedding! Even almost a month later, I'm still talking about it, and
people are still telling me how beautiful and perfect it was! Thank

Carl House was an excellent place to have our wedding. We planned
our wedding about 1 month before we got married. We originally were
going to have a destination wedding that became too complicated, and
Carl House accommodated us last minute. It was supposed to be an
outdoor wedding, but rained every day last week. Indira was
amazing.....she set up both an inside and outside location, and literally
waited until 30 minutes prior to guests arriving to have to make the final
call. Beautiful location!

We are so happy we chose Carl House for our venue! Our family and friends
were blown away by how beautiful it was and kept talking about the flowers and
the food. Nicole, the Wedding Director, was very helpful throughout the process
and made everything run smoothly. One of the awesome things about Carl House
is that you get a 90 day and 30 day planning meeting (most venues just do 3
weeks out and our Wedding Planner was extremely impressed by this) which
means that there are no surprised the day of and Nicole knows exactly what you
want. Really, the level of professionalism and service was wonderful and the
price was extremely affordable. We are so happy we chose Carl House!

I had an April 2017 wedding here and it was PHENOMENAL thanks to the Carl House.
Nicole is the best wedding planner and knows exactly what she is doing. Lindy did an
incredible job on the florals. Both of them are talented and they made sure everything
was done exactly how I wanted it. People are STILL talking about the food and how
gorgeous the wedding was. All of the vendors that the Carl House provides do an
exceptional job. If you are interested in booking your wedding here... do it! I toured over
15 venues with my spouse and once we stepped foot into the Carl House we never
looked back.

I could not have pulled off an elegant wedding in two months without them!
Especially on a budget and without family around to help me.
We decided on August 1st were wanted to be married this Oct, two weeks
later we were engaged, had a venue, dress and plan. I can not tell you how
easy The Carl House made our wedding of 100 on a budget of 14k. It was a
tight budget, but we wanted to pay for the wedding ourselves.
We started looking for a venue on a Tuesday and spent the weekend on
venue appointments. At the end of the weekend we were narrowed to two very
different locations, the Carl House and a warehouse. The decision became
easy when we took a drive and visited them back to back.
The Carl House offered all in house vendors, saving me the time and
headache of having to organize, coordinate and blend different types of
vendors to one wedding plan. The packages saved the unneeded hassle of
coming back around to a venue and caterer to select set up and food. In a
meeting that lasted less than two hours, we had a venue, menu, flowers, table
setup, agenda, cocktail hour and coordinator all arranged. From there we
selected invitations, seating cards, honeymoon, DJ, Photographer,
Videographer, and cake.
I've never been married before, but the Carl House and especially Nicole
make it a breeze. We have a friend that is a wedding coordinator at a
competitor and she complemented us on how lovely and seamless the event
was.

The Venue is amazing. Gorgeous and I highly recommend you book your
Wedding here. Service is great. As the bride we had an open bar and they
made sure my husband and I were taken care of first and anything we wanted
they had it to us in a matter of minutes. We had the Southern Comfort menu and
the food was amazing! I wish I could have taken some home with me. We also
did the chocolate fountain and that was a huge hit along with the photo booth. I
couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you again Carl House for making

without her! She is amazing! On top over every detail the entire night. She kept

Nicole helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding

track for our big day. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made
sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were
doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout.

Nicole was assigned to work our wedding and man she was AWESOME! She
did not miss a beat and she ALWAYS made herself available to us. Lindy, the
in house florist, did our flowers for the wedding and they were so amazing. I
was so shocked to see how amazing the flowers looked for the price we paid.
Lindy is truly talented and a pleasure to work with. Chef Kelly did the food for
the wedding and she did an amazing job as well! Our guest kept talking about
how awesome the food was. The owner Ms. BB was also very pleasant and
hands on with her business. It was nice to see that the owner cared about her
business and wanted to make sure that our experience was pleasant. Overall,
the Carl House was a great choice for our wedding venue. The staff truly cares
about making your wedding a day to remember and I would recommend the
Carl House to anybody looking for a wedding venue in Atlanta. Thank you Carl

There really are not enough words to describe how amazing this venue and its
staff are! From our very first walkthrough we were treated so warmly and it
immediately felt 'right'. The venue is truly one of a kind and must be seen to
truly appreciate it. Really pictures don't do it justice! Nicole was our wedding
coordinator and she is just BEYOND!!! On the big day she was there every
step of the way, making sure that every detail was carried out to the fullest. It
would not have been the amazing day it was without her. We received so many

viewed the property I knew I would not be disappointed with appearances on
my wedding day. I also was in love with the pictures of the Carl House floral. I
was blown away on my wedding day. Lindy, the floral director, was amazing.
She did a fantastic job. I could have not asked for anything different. THE
STAFF WAS AMAZING. Our wedding director Nicole was so sweet and
always on point. She was available whenever I needed her and was a great
guide during the entire process. The food was wonderful. The chef will
change the flavoring to whatever you would like (spicier, etc.). I truly felt like a
princess on my wedding day because the Carl House staff waited on us hand
and foot. It was an amazing experience and the Best Day Ever! Cheers to

House! The venue is beautiful! Being an out of state bride, I was
worried about planning and how it would all come together. But once I
met Nicole, the head wedding planner, at one of our meetings, I knew

day so stress free that we were able to enjoy every aspect of our

detail. My mom and I did a lot of DIY things to make our wedding

were really great to work with. Anytime I had a question they would respond

Nicole was a dream to work with as our wedding coordinator. She was helpful
with everything and gave us lots of good options to help save money, but still
get the most out of everything. She made sure that the groom and I, as well as

The food was delicious and everyone at the wedding said they loved the place.
We wanted a venue with good indoor and outdoor space and this was perfect,

service on my wedding day. The team is so upbeat & positive. BB (the owner)

We had an April wedding here and it was gorgeous! The rain held off
for the ceremony, thankfully. Although, the big reason we chose this
place was the inside is equally as beautiful as the outside. Nicole
Benson, the wedding coordinator, was awesome to work with and
took all my worries away the days leading up to the wedding and the
day of. She was always there if I needed her. Lindy did the flowers
and they were everything I could have imagined and more. The food
was excellent, if you are thinking of the filet station, GET IT!
Everyone was professional and engaging. I didn't get to meet her,
but my guests raved about how funny the bartender was. If you are
deciding between places go with The Carl House, you won't regret it.

I would like to share that our experience with the Carl House was, simply
put....AMAZING.
My wife and i had been engaged for over a year and during the majority of this
time our wedding was booked at a different venue. It so happened that for
reasons outside of our control (and a singularly crazy venue owner) we ended
up losing this venue only 2 MONTHS before our wedding date! Needless to
say, my wife was crushed...we lost a 220 year old plantation home with garden
and we did not know what to do.
Carl House made our lives SO easy by flying through our booking, being
professional and courteous, and allowing us to simply ENJOY our time

The Carl House was the perfect venue for my wedding! I loved how wonderful
the staff was and how many services were provided by the Carl House. I highly
recommend using their florist and their caterer offered good variety. The gardens
are beautiful for an outdoor wedding, but the rain backup plan to bring the
wedding indoors has to be called pretty early in the day, which was challenging.
However, the staff did everything they could to accommodate my desire for an
outdoor wedding! I wouldn't change a thing!

My husband really didn't want a traditional wedding until I showed him the Carl
House. Not only did we get the antique home feel, we got an outstanding
wedding coordinator in Nicole, excellent and attentive service staff throughout
the day and remarkable catering! The home itself requires little decoration due
to its grandeur, elegance and well kept grounds. That's exactly what I wanted-
a timeless venue for our timeless day. Nicole was most fantastic in guiding me
through decisions and didn't allow me to get too caught up. The sales team
was accommodating in moving our rental time earlier in the day because of my
concern for traveling guests. On our wedding day, Nicole did an amazing job of
handling my outside vendors, getting them all set and keeping me calm
through the hiccups (of no fault of the Carl House). Her goal was to make my
day all that I dreamed it to be at whatever the effort.

ballroom in a very reasonable amount of time for the reception. Most of all, I'd like to

know what I would have done without her. I would recommend the Carl House to anyone

Everything was great from the venue, to the food, to the service we
received. The venue is gorgeous, has outdoor or indoor ceremony
space. We did indoor. It has a beautiful mezzanine (I walked down the
stairs to the aisle, and we had dinner upstairs with bridal party and
close family � very intimate). Our guests raved about the food,
everything was delicious! The wedding coordinator was awesome � she
was always quick to respond to all of my questions, even near the
end, when I was probably a not-so-fun-to-work-with stressed-out Bride
(zilla). She was great the day of too � gathering our things from the
rooms, which we may have left otherwise. We paid for our entire
wedding ourselves, and this venue allowed us the day of our dreams.
SO fairly priced for what you get!! To this day, there are friends
and family members that tell us our wedding was one of the most
beautiful weddings they have attended. I highly recommend this
venue to anyone!!

what I was looking for and my wedding was literally perfect!! Not only was it gorgeous
and absolutely lovely, but Nicole, the onsite wedding planner/coordinator was absolutely
amazing.. She was amazing and made sure the entire event went smoothly. I
accidentally put te ceremony on the invitations for 30 minutes after when it was
supposed to start, and found out this was the case the night before the wedding. We
texted Nicole immediately and she took care of it. It all worked out wonderfully and my
wedding was everything I had hoped it would be.

Choosing Carl House for our reception venue was the best decision I made regarding our
event. Due to military circumstances involving deployment, my husband and I were married
earlier in the year and had a belated reception/celebration at Carl House. If I had had the
option, I would have definitely used Carl House as the ceremony site, as well. Not only is the
entire site beautiful, elegant, and charming, but the staff is fantastic as well. Nicole made the
entire event run smoothly and made sure every detail of the evening was taken care of. Lindy,
the in-house florist, is absolutely amazing as well. Our flowers were more perfect than I could
have ever envisioned. The food was also exceptional! Our event was held in December so the
house was decorated for Christmas, which was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend using
the Carl House for any special event!

kept up beautifully, and allowed for a beautiful ceremony site.

Carl House is so beautiful inside, minimal decor is needed. The wood

Everyone loved the food. The staff was great, very responsive. This venue is a tad on the expensive side. I spent about 10 on less than 100 ppl for the food and venue. The only complaint I had was that there was a miscommunication on some of the decorations.

photographers even said they LOVED shooting at this venue. The food

First i would like to say the staff was absolutely amazing with us and

Where do I even start! Carl House is by far the best and only place anyone should get
married! From the beginning meeting with Monkia, she was so nice and full of wonderful
helpful information. We met with Lindy for our flowers and I can not even begin to describe
how beautiful all of my flowers were! I loved them! I gave her a basic idea of what I wanted
and she completely blew it out of the water and made the most elegant and beautiful
bouquets and arrangements I could have ever dreamed of The food was amazing! The
wedding coordinator, Kelsey there are not enough wonderful words to say about her! She is
amazing from the first meeting with her to the day of the wedding. She made us feel
comfortable during the whole process. The day of the wedding Kelsey was there to make
sure everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. I could go on about
how wonderful the Carl House is. I would highly recommend it for anyone getting married!

The wedding was PERFECT! From the moment we arrived at Carl House to
just before walking down the aisle, providing tips for how to cut the
cake, how to toss the bouquet, reminding me to breathe, and so much
more, Kelsey Boggs couldn't have been a better wedding director. She
was always nearby and knew just what to say. Lindy LaMarco from Carl
House's in-house floral department is an absolute doll and so full of
TALENT. I gave her a basic idea and she knew exactly what to do,
exactly what to recommend, and made beautiful creations that I never
even could have dreamed of. As for Monika Williams, you can't help but
put your complete trust in her from the very beginning. She is such a
sweetheart, and really goes above and beyond to help you envision your
big day.
Carl House is an amazing venue with some amazing people. If you're
looking for a beautiful southern venue, I'd highly recommend you at
least visit the venue and see what they have to offer.

I think EVERYONE should get married at the Carl House. They seriously made it EASY, which
is a word I never thought I would use when it came to wedding planning. But everyone at
the Carl House truly did make everything from the wedding planning to the wedding day
easy and stress-free. Because of the people at the Carl House, my wedding day was
absolutely perfect! I couldn't have asked for anything better!
From the quaint details that make the house so unique, to the beautiful flower
arrangements and set up for our ceremony, to the amazing food and wait staff, to the
flawless direction we got from Kelsey, our Carl House wedding planner, everything went off
without a hitch! Kelsey even gave me a bobby pin out of her own hair right before walking
down the aisle to make sure I stayed calm and had everything I needed! That was
AMAZING! I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding so PERFECT!!

They take care of everything. The only thing you have to do on your

everyone was extremely helpful, the food was amazing, and the entire staff went above
and beyond to make sure our day was free of worry. We had family coming in from New
Mexico, Iowa, and Kentucky and they were all amazed by how beautiful the wedding
was. Our wedding director, Kelsey, was fantastic-we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Carl House is absolutely amazing! Monika walked me through the beginning of the process
and made it simple and easy to follow. Kelsey was with me from the second meeting to the
day of the wedding, making sure there was no question unanswered, and no detail
overlooked. She even donated her computer when the musician forgot the music and needed
to reprint it. The venue was gorgeous and they made sure my vendors were taken care of
(even the ones that they hadn't worked with before). BB herself even stopped in to make sure I
was taken care of. The rest of the staff was just as helpful. TThe food was amazing as well.
They had no problem with dietary restrictions (I hadn't even realized that a close friend of the
family was lactose intolerant and the chef made her a special sandwich when we found out
that she couldn't eat any thing on the buffet). Carl House is amazing and if I had to do it all
over again, I would choose them again!

The Carl House did an incredible job with our wedding. They were very
responsive to our questions and emails from the very beginning of the
process. The wedding planner we were initially assigned with left the
company three to four months prior to our wedding date...most would
think this would have been a very stressful thing in the middle of
planning, however, the Carl House assigned a new one (the manager of
the venue, Dawn) quickly and she immediately contacted us.
Dawn was phenomenal. She helped us every step of the way, answering
all of our questions, and helping us plan the perfect wedding. She
took her time with us and always made us feel like we were a top
priority.
As for the day of everything went perfectly. I cannot stress enough
how wonderful the staff was.
We highly recommend the Carl House!

like most. My main requirements were to feel like a princess and have

The Carl House team made our wedding run very smoothly. I felt very
comfortable with Dawn running the show!! She was amazing! Even with a
few glitches with a groomsman not showing up and our soloist for one
ceremony song not showing up she handled everything with the DJ to
substitute the song and changed our Bridal Party order to make
everything workout perfect!
I highly recommend The Carl House to anyone that is looking for a
gorgeous outdoor garden ceremony and a gorgeous indoor vintage
looking reception.......and of course an excellent team to make your

From the moment we met Monika I knew this was going to be our venue.
The house sells itself in the beginning but Monika and Kelsey
continued selling with their friendly and welcoming personalities.
Each step of the process was organized and I always knew what to
expect and what was expected of me for payment. The day of the
wedding was stress free thanks to Kelsey,Lindy and the Carl House
staff. We never went without a drink in our hand and we even had
time to eat! They have certified vendors that I would recommend
using as well. It made the process even easier. Don't go anywhere
else if you are looking for a fun and organized planning process.
They know what they are doing and will make you and your fiance

Paul and I had the perfect wedding thanks to the Carl House staff and
would not have changed one single thing about our evening! The
grounds and house were perfect and our pictures are amazing! The Carl
house staff was unbelievable and we got so many compliments from our
guests on how well they were taken care of. The staff even took care
of the bridal party during pictures and right after the ceremony! Our
wedding planner Kelsey was amazing and handled my freak-out moments
like a pro! She had an answer for everything and did a great job at
keeping our timeline on track...we could not have done it without
her. The food was fantastic, the photo booth was so much fun, the
ballroom was beautiful, and we felt truly special all night long.
They even packed up our gifts, leftover cake, flowers, and the
candles we bought at the end of the night so we didn't forget
anything. I would recommend the Carl House to anyone who wants to
have the perfect wedding!

I absolutely cannot say enough about the Carl House! They more than
met my expectations to create the best day of my life. Kelsey was
perfect to work with, and more than willing to run with any idea I
may have had. The day would not have run as smoothly as it did
without her; it was so nice to get to my wedding day and not have to
worry about a thing since I knew she was taking care of it. I could
just enjoy myself. They paid attention to every little detail,
helping to bring everything together to make my dream come true. I
had a Christmas wedding, and through ordering my linens, Kelsey knew
what my color scheme was and when I got there on my wedding day I saw
that the tree was decorated with the same colors.
If I could do everything over again, I would use the Carl House every

I haven't gotten married yet but once I do "grow up" and get married
this place will definitely be at the top of my list to share my

My experience at Carl House is a little different from most. I'm a
producer and filmmaker and recently (on 9/5/11) had the pleasure of
utilizing Carl House as a location for our latest short film "Uncle
Tom's Cabin". Carl House was everything we could have hoped for in a
mansion for our film. BB Webb and her staff were all very gracious
and so accomodating. The cast and crew have not stopped talking about
how beautiful this place is.
No I didn't tie the knot there, but I give Carl House 2 thumbs up and
an extra smooches for shooting a film not only because of the
beautiful location but also due to the willingness to help and the
cooperation of BB and her staff. They are wonderful people to work
with.

I got married in June at the Carl House. All I can say is that
everything about the entire day was perfect and stressfree due to the
Kelsey Banes and the Carl House staff. Every detail was attended to
making my day 100% stress free. The location in itself is BEAUTIFUL!
The flowers and landscaping is perfect, especially in the spring and
summer. The food was unbeliveable. I am still getting compliments on
how amazing the food tasted. The buffet was plentiful and the servers
were so attentive to everyones needs. If I had to do it all over
again I would DEFNITELY use the Carl House again. One word to
describe it was Perfect!

went above and beyond my expectations and I truely felt like
royalty! The food was SO good and my guests are still talking about

especially under the weeping willow!! I cant wait for my album to

My husband and I absolutely loved our wedding! The staff is so
personable, caring, and accommodating! Monika, their sales person is
a former Carl House bride, which showed me she must of loved her
wedding to be working their now. She was so genuine and sweet, and
was such a good listener in what we wanted for our wedding. The
owner BB even came and sat in on our first appointment which really
impressed me because it shows she really gets involved with the
brides. The house speaks for itself, beautiful inside and outside
ceremony site, which really sold me because I think you have to love
the inside as much as the outside in case it rains. The reception
was beautiful and I fell in love with the double sided stair case!

The staff at the Carl House were wonderful. The evening was perfect. They had
everything planned and laid out so all we had to do was get married and have a great time.
For example, when it was time to toss the bouquet, they came up to me (the bride) and
told me it was time, and then handed me my bouquet ... I didn't have to search around for
the bouquet or go retrieve it!
The food was spectacular (FRENCH TOAST for rehearsal brunch! YUM!!). Denise was the
best wedding planner: friendly and organized. We had an unusual bridal party (mixed
gender and uneven numbers) and she figured it all out and made the day work. The venue
itself was beautiful. The outside gardens were colorful and fragrant. The inside with the
dual balcony and his and her suites were fabulous. We didn't have to spend a lot on
decorations b/c the house itself was all anyone would need.
We highly recommend the Carl House!

for my reception. My Mom and I fell in love with it immediately and booked my
wedding date that same afternoon. The setting, ballroom, food and entire staff

House. Our guests came from 16 different states to attend our wedding and many
said they had never seen a place like the Carl House! The dinner and hors
