The Grand Ballroom at 207 Peachtree is a 10,000-square-foot indoor wedding and event venue on the second floor of a restored 1920s building in Downtown Atlanta. Originally Regenstein’s Department Store, the building was designed by Pringle & Smith and retains its historic character following a $10.5 million modernization.
The ballroom features 14-foot ceilings, restored hardwood floors, crystal chandeliers, a large stationary bar and original windows overlooking Downtown. Nine oversized artworks celebrate Atlanta landmarks and cultural moments.
The venue offers full-service catering, event staffing, AV capabilities, lighting packages, equipment rental options and customizable bar setups. The September 29, 2026 press release describes capacity as 300+ guests; the 207 Peachtree website lists up to 300. Couples should confirm the capacity for their specific seating, dining and dancing layout.
Other dining and entertainment concepts within 207 Peachtree can accommodate private or semi-private gatherings, offering options for additional wedding weekend events. The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta and Westin Peachtree Plaza are nearby, and public parking decks are within walking distance.
