Although I haven't hosted an event here yet, I had the pleasure of attending a tasting event at Vecoma, and it was fantastic! The staff was attentive, the setting was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I left with a sense of how special and memorable any event held here would be. Highly recommended! My fiancé, and I are so excited!

My fiancé and I fell in love with Vecoma! We are so excited to get married in May of 2024. The grounds are stunning and the staff is amazing. We are so happy to plan our perfect day and would recommend this venue to anyone looking. The staff has great communication and is a pleasure to work with. The properly is beautiful inside and out.

I can't say enough about this venue. From day 1 when myself and my fiance at the time visited this venue we was met with friendly and very professional staff. From planning until the day of my wedding Catilyn was right there to answer any questions and Mr. Kirk and his staff on my wedding day was superb , very attentive and making sure everything was going as planned. Our wedding anniversary is approaching, and I occasionally go back to see pictures/website of our venue to see how it's doing. It was such a beautiful venue then and I'm glad to see it is still doing great! We were looking for a venue that had character and was unique, and this was exactly it. Caitlin did an amazing job with our photography and the food was phenomenal, our guest still rave about it to this day!! The entire team was incredibly helpful and always was quick to reply. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

In January, my fiancé and I were referred to this beautiful venue by a family friend and we were sold! Caroline and Jack were so kind and welcoming. The venue worked very well with our budget and vision for our wedding and kept us away from Atlanta traffic. We loved going to the open house that allowed us to taste food options and get familiar with different vendors! Of course at the time we booked with Vecoma, we did not know that a few months later we would have to face planning a wedding during a pandemic. Vecoma has been super flexible and accommodating making things an ease. Not to mention, their patience and timely responses to numerous emails was exceptional. Before Covid-19, I fell in love with Vecoma and shared this excitement with everyone I knew. During Covid-19, my respect and admiration for Vecoma has skyrocketted and I must share my experience with the world. My fiancé and I are incredibly grateful for all that Vecoma has extended to us and it is our hope that all other brides and grooms will seek them out too for their special day. I promise, Vecoma will EXCEED your expectations! Did I mention they are also a one-stop-shop?! To simply say thank you Vecoma at the Yellow River pales in comparison to what you all have provided to us. Caroline and the staff at Vecoma at the Yellow River made our wedding day perfect from start to finish. They were available and quick to respond to our numerous emails throughout the planning process making everything seem effortless and eliminating all stress for us. Caroline easily accommodated every request we had to make our day uniquely ours. The staff worked seamlessly together so that on our wedding day nobody has asking me or my husband all those little detail questions that stress you out. We got numerous compliments on the food, DJ and photographs which were all provided by Vecoma. I could not have asked for a better day and I know that is all thanks to Caroline and her amazing staff!

My wife and I just got married here on Memorial Day weekend. We looked at soooo many places to get married and never found what we wanted. We were very impressed by the venue here, the staff and the guidance they provided..and yes...the price was unbeatable. This venue has everything you would want and need for your special day, all in one place. Food, Drink, DJ, Photographer, Videographer...EVERYTHING. They don't jack up the price for using their in house services. My wife and I couldn't believe how easy planning our wedding here was. We had zero stress leading up to the day. The day of our wedding, everything went so smooth. The wedding coordinator was outstanding and made sure everyone was ready and knew what to do. We can't speak any higher of this place. If you are looking for a beautiful place to get married with excellent food and outstanding service, you have to get married here!!!

Of all the venues I looked at, Vecoma was my #1 choice! My favorite thing about this venue was the setting - outdoor and indoor. It has an elegance that is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to meet with the staff and arrange the details of the ceremony and reception. And I didn't feel like there were any surprise or unexpected costs involved. Our wedding turned out beautiful and Vecoma really set the stage for it!

The staff was very helpful from the very first meeting. I kind of stopped by unannounced and I received a tour for my upcoming nuptials. I loved the space, the menus and above all the staff. I am always calling or emailing and they give me the comfort of knowing that I chose the right place for my wedding.

My fiance proposed to me at the Yellow River Park in Snellville, GA. So when I heard about the Vecoma at the Yellow River, I knew this was the venue for us! From the time we visited Vecoma, the staff made us feel comfortable with addressing all of our needs. They are a so quick to respond to our questions and the venue has everything we could ask for! The outside ambiance and inside coziness is perfect for our fall wedding. So happy we chose Vecoma for our special day!

My fiance and I shopped around looking for the perfect venue for our spur of the moment wedding. I fell in love with Vecoma the second we pulled up to its private get a way. The one thing that stood out to me was how easy it was to understand the pricing. We had visited many venues where you weren't sure exactly how much it would cost. I am excited to have my wedding at Vecoma in September! Let's start off with the amazing out door view, the landscaping is kept up year round as we have visited periodically since the beginning of the year. My fiance and I heard about the venue from a family member and immediately jumped on it. The first time we visited the venue in the early part of the year the grass was so incredibly green, that staff was accommodating to our tight schedule, because both of my parents live out of state, we were able to get the ball rolling pretty quickly and easily. I'm am still amazed that it has been so easy for us to be taken care of with the help of the flexible staff, answering questions via email and the phone in the same day. We love that fact that Vecoma has been so understanding with my fiance's changing schedule with Dekalb Couny Fire Recruit School. Due to the fact that I sprung a wedding on my parents so quickly, less than a year, the value for a wedding here is unbelievable! It has been extremely stress free with affordable in house catering with vegetarian options and even the option of an in house DJ. An affordable one stop shop!

RECEPTION WAS INDOOR/OUTDOOR UPSTAIRS PATIO WITH A GORGEOUS VIEW OF THE GARDEN/ LANDSCAPING. FOOD PROVIDED BY VECOMA, VERY GOOD CATERERS, PHOTOGRAPHY WAS ALSO PROVIDED BY VECOMA, HIGH QUALITY, EXQUISITE, PHOTOS, WE CHOSE THE DJ AT VECOMA AS WELL, HE WAS EXCELLENT, MADE IT REALLY FUN. WE WERE OVERALL COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR ENTIRE EVENT. VECOMA EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE LIMITED BUDGET WE HAD AVAILABLE. I ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATED ALL THE ASSISTANCE THEY GAVE US FOR THE VERY SHORT TIME FRAME LESS/ THAN 60 DAYS...lol, YES, UNBELIEVABLE I KNOW!!! Vecoma was such a great joy to work with for my wedding. Caroline made the ease of me planning my wedding so pleasant. She was always available for my numerous call with numerous questions. She never hesitated about talking to me. She also was my photographer for the wedding and engagement photos, and they were flawless. Caroline makes planning a wedding very affordable with great quality. I would recommend her and her staff to the next blessed couple.

I can honestly say I don't even know where to begin. I am a bride on a serious budget. I'm the type of person you would say has a "champagne taste with a beer budget." I wanted a venue that I could realistically afford but it still had to be beautiful, romantic as well as stunning. After almost 7 months of searching and visiting venues I found the Vecoma at the Yellow River. It was everything I was looking for. Literally, from the drapery on the ceilings to the river behind the gorgeous ceremony area. You can have your wedding inside or out. I love options. The decor, food, set up and breakdown is included in the price. The food is delicious! We tried the food during the food tasting we were invited to. There are plenty of options for every taste. The decor is to die for. Beautiful wall decor, and greenery. They include centerpieces if you choose or use your own. The Vecoma is just gorgeous all around. The outside (front and back) to the deck and the inside will take your breath away. But the absolute best part about the Vecoma is the wonderful people. I felt like I was the only bride in the world. They are so personable and answered all of my 2,365,158,265 questions with a smile and without making me feel like a bother. From the staff to the actual owners I always felt like a princess. They 100% saved our day and we forever grateful for it. If you are still searching, do yourself one of the greatest favors ever and visit The Vecoma at the Yellow River. Vecoma is a wonderful venue!! We had the wedding of our dreams 2 weeks ago thanks to them!!! The grounds are gorgeous year round, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any of your needs, the food is delicious...I could go on & on... I would give more than 5 stars if I could, truly a wonderful place!! I also highly recommend their house photographer, she is awesome, the best wedding photos I've seen in a LONG time...she have a 50 picture preview for me a week after the wedding & they are beautiful!!!

Caroline and the staff at Vecoma at the Yellow River are absolutely awesome. I felt like apart of a family. They took my ideas of what I wanted and made them into more than I could have ever dreamed of! The venue is beautiful, and really does not need any additional decor! The day of my wedding was PERFECT the staff was very attentive, professional, and just awesome. This place rocks!!!! I highly recommend having your next event here! I am so thankful to Vecoma for making my special day perfect. We fell in love as soon as we pulled in the parking lot. Its a hidden gem, on the Yellow river. I immediately knew this is where Marcus and I would be married, and June 12, 2016- my fairy tale came alive. I think this is the number one wedding venue in the Atlanta area. The ground are serene and beautiful. The food is to die for. The staff is professional and make you feel right at home. Caroline is an amazing photographer and wedding coordinator. All of the guests had a blast and everything went perfectly. They deserve 10 stars!! Thank you Vecoma- keep up the good work!!!

I have been working with vecoma at yellow river form my wedding ceremony and reception. They are super helpful and the venue is amazingly beautiful. The wedding is this Friday and I am so excited to know that they are on top if it and everything will look beautiful. Weather is looking like it might rain, but they have arranged for us to still have the ceremony outside. If it does rain we will be on their covered balcony looking out at a beautiful landscape with the yellow river flowing close by.

In this day and age where people just do not seem to meet even the basic of your expectations, it was such a pleasure to have found Vecoma and a business which gives and gives and gives.
When my husband and I decided to have a ceremony to renew our marriage vows, we chose Atlanta because it was centrally located. I researched the Internet and found several places and made appointments. I was so impressed with this facility and the wonderful ladies who own/run it. It is impossible to overrate how fabulous this whole day turned out for us.
Vecoma is just a magical place to create memories. I will always treasure this day. Amazingly, there was no rain and everything ran smoothly (arrangements had been made in the event there was rain). I had Caroline as our photographer and all the photographs are stunning. I even felt like I looked good, which is unusual.

When we (the Wedding Planner and myself) dropped by the Vecoma to view the facility, I knew from that moment that it will be my 1st choice out of the 12 other facilities I had previously viewed. What seized the deal was the nice, warm personality of the representative whom we talked to that afternoon. After my fiancée viewed the facility, he was also sold on it. We are so, so happy and satisfied that we had our wedding and reception at the Vecoma. My guests are constantly complementing us on the site, its elegance and green-space along with the warm hospitality of the staff. Both children and adults had a remarkable time and we will gladly refer relatives, colleagues and friends to the Vecoma for their special event.

My Dear Caroline, Ms. Judith, Savannah, and all the staff at Vecoma at the Yellow River; words cannot ever begin to express how much we appreciate all that you’ve done to make our special day absolutely AMAZING! From the beginning of planning our wedding to the wedding day, Caroline and her talented staff made our dream come true! Vecoma is one of the best wedding venues in the state of Georgia! It is surrounded by beautiful wooded forest with a gently flowing river. It is a must see experience, the amazement of this beautiful location will have you in awe… Also, this outside scenery makes for some fabulous and stunning pictures. The food was absolutely delicious! ALL of our guests are still commenting about how good the food was at our wedding. THANK YOU SO MUCH VECOMA!

Vecoma at the Yellow River was the ideal setting for my outdoor wedding. not only were the extremely accommodating, they were always available to answer any questions. As a first time bride they made my experience easy and everything was beautiful. Caroline and Savanna were so wonderful when it came to every detail and provide professional advice during the wedding planning. I have recommended this venue to all my newly engaged friends and hope to go back in the future!!

The staff at Vecoma at Yellow River have been extremely helpful. They were able to walk me and my fiance through the daunting task of planning the most important day of our lives. Throughout the process the staff was able to answer all questions we presented to them and they were able to do so in a very timely fashion. I would like to extend a special thanks to Caroline as she was extremely attentive to our needs. The venue is absolutley gorgeous and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get married in the Atlanta area. The wedding site directly on the river is especially beautiful.

My wedding is on November 16th. I can tell you my experience so far has been excellent. They have been very flexible with my changing schedule which is such a relief! They are very prompt with getting back in touch with their customers. I would greatly recommend The Vecoma. Not only do they have excellent service, they have a beautiful venue too!

Vecoma at Yellow River is one of the most amazing event spots that I have seen. The staff is absolutely amazing, the landscaping is gorgeous, and the overall feel of every aspect combined is perfection! It almost seems too good to be true to find such a beautiful setting with such a wonderful and accommodating staff; And even though this seems like a fairy tale, after doing my share of questioning and research, i found it to be very much real! I am so super excited for our big day, and would highly recommend Vecoma at Yellow River.

Vecoma at the Yellow River was so amazing in every way... We were on a budget which can be stressful especially since most wedding venues are not so budget friendly. Once I came to Vecoma I knew it was the place. The stress ended the day I found Vecoma. They took care of everything and did a wonderful job. Everything was beautiful from the river by the ceremony site to the two fireplaces (one outside and one inside). It was nice having the reception site right there (something i always wanted to make it easier on guest). The reception area is nice and updated feeling.The food was great along with all the staff. We had our dream wedding when we didn't think we could. We couldn't be happier that we chose Vecoma to host our big day. Thanks again

Vecoma excelled in every way and met our high expectations of the perfect wedding ceremony and reception for our son and daughter-in- law. From our initial meeting through the planning process and final goodbyes the Staff were caring, alert, and professional. The Ceremony site was gorgeous and tranquil. The Reception menu had many sumptuous choices, tasted perfect and was displayed with pride. Use Vecoma’s vender list! Vecoma’s DJ Kirk not only read our guests, provided fun for all, but also produced the DVD that truly captured the day to be enjoyed for years to come. The flowers (Katrina) were fresh, beautiful, and everything we asked for! Vecoma’s Caroline was our photographer who provided a work of art not only with the final album but all the pictures which let us see what we didn’t see. The Limo service recommended by Vecoma arrived on time and helped bring to an end a totally wonderful day and experience.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Vecoma! The location is absolutely beautiful! Vecoma definitely had the best value that I found in the metro Atlanta area - especially if you use one of their Friday night/Sunday afternoon "deals." This saved us so much money, and enabled us to have a wedding that we wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise. Vecoma was extremely flexible with me - I had a few "special" requests and we were able to work out a way for me to have the day of my dreams. Two very minor issues: I had worked with Nancy through the planning process, but Caroline did the rehearsal and ceremony. Not a huge deal - but it would have been nice to work with one person throughout. When cutting the cake, the staff put a HUGE piece of both wedding and groom's cake on every plate. A lot was thrown out because of this. Overall, a wonderful experience!! I definitely recommend Vecoma!!

My daughter got married at Vecoma and it was a phenomenal experience. The facility was gorgeous and the staff went out of their way to tend to all the details plus add extras that we weren't expecting. When things outside their control occurred (pouring rain as the ceremony came to a close) they went the extra mile to care for our guests and the wedding party. They even took shirts from 2 young ushers who were soaked through and dried them while letting the 2 youngsters stay wrapped in table clothes watching a movie in the brides room. The 2 boys couldn't have been happier. THANK YOU Vecoma for being a part of God's perfect plan for Emily's wedding day.

After looking at several places to have our wedding, we were so excited when we found Vecoma. I really wanted our wedding to be outdoors and having it near water was even better!! The weather ended up being perfect that day!! (They offer an alternate if it does rain, which is just as nice) The grounds are awesome for pictures!! We had passed appetizers and an open bar for our guests while we were getting our pictures taken and then we had the Italian Feast for the main buffet. The presentation was very beautiful and the food was perfect. The staff was amazing. For everything that is included with the price point Vecoma offers, you CAN'T go wrong!! We had 125 guests and everyone had such a great time!! We loved Vecoma and the staff so much, that we are having our daughter's dedication there this May!!

I really can't say enough good things about Vecoma. I planned my wedding myself and did so on a budget of about $10,000. When I found Vecoma, I put down my deposit that day because I knew at that point it was absolutely the best deal in the Atlanta area. What Vecoma charged for the wedding and reception (including the catering!) was less than what other venues charged in just rental fees. And the location is just beautiful- the trees, the river, the flowers, and not a road or shopping center in sight! The staff at Vecoma was very professional and capable- I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. My wedding was wonderful and all our guests had a wonderful time. I happily recommend Vecoma to anyone who wants a tasteful, elegant, intimate wedding without spending your life savings.

Vecoma on The Yellow River was great!! Not only is the facility beautiful inside and out the staff did more than we expected! They made the most stressful day turn into something magical and exciting! We loved the place so much we are booking it in December for my parents anniversary party. Vecoma went above and beyond for my wedding. We had additional guests show up, and they were very accomadating. The wedding planner is excellent, as is the food!! I received numerous compliments on how wonderful the food tasted, as well as the setup! I would recommend Vecoma to anyone having a wedding of 150 people or less. They are excellent!

My wedding was in the middle of the summer and I was pleasantly surprised when a waiter came out with some sort of shaved ice lemonade and ice cold water while we were taking post-wedding pictures. The entire staff, including the family who owns Vecoma were very nice, professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. An added bonus....for your decorating needs, Vecoma allows you to borrow any thing they have at no additional costs. I was extremely happy and satisfied.
