Welcome to JVC’s Party Rentals and Event Halls, we are home to 3 luxurious event halls and party rental business that has everything you need to make your event memorable.

Let’s start with our event halls:

The Grand Ball Room has a max capacity of 200 people. It boasts high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, a dedicated dance floor and food service area.

The Signature Room has a max capacity of 60 people and boasts cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, and outdoor patio and a shared food preparation area.

Lenora Palm Estates is our property on a 4 acre farm. Events can be held both indoor or outdoor at this location.

With our Party Rental business “the best parties start here!” we offer pick up or delivery for every item you would need for our party. We have tables, chairs, tables, flatware, centerpieces, chaffing dishes, linen and so much more.

Come and your our space with capacity for 750 people, bar, stage, VIP area, Bride and Groom private room and lobby area. We also provide full service wedding so you can leave everyting in our hands. 

We host a variety of events such as Corporate Events, Day Meetings, Luncheons, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal and Couples Showers, Wedding Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, Bachelorette Parties, Seminars, Birthdays, Proms, Family Events, and so much more.

The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests (5 tables with 10 guests per tables). Though these two rooms seat the same number of guests, the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. All rooms are equipped with A/V, which is included in the cost as an option when reserving the space. Couches and chairs are also available in all rooms for a cozy feel for any event.

All catering, food and beverages, are provided in-house with the exception of custom cakes, which is handled by the host or an outside vendor. We are happy to provide a list of suggested vendors, but hosts are permitted to choose their own. We can also coordinate with each vendor deliver and setup time so you can focus on other event details.

The Piedmont Room at Park Tavern invites you to share special moments for all occasions. This historic site combines modern sophistication with old world charm as it overlooks Piedmont Park and the Midtown skyline. With soaring ceilings and windows, the Piedmont Room lends upscale elegance to any event. A spacious and sophisticated venue, the Piedmont Room is in a class of its own.
